We as a dynamic business offer customized tutoring, additional learning material, and booster courses for final exams of the most popular apprenticeship in Switzerland, the commercial apprenticeship. We do offer our services in the region Northwestern Switzerland and central Switzerland.

For apprentices
Contact us via our live chat option and we will be happy to support you. In addition, you can fill out our “service type Questionnaire” to find out if individual tutoring or group tutoring suits you.
Our starter packages are always 6 hours. After these 6 hours you will have a discussion meeting with your tutor to decide how to go on and the both of you will decide if you need more tutoring and how to continue your learning journey.
Yes, after the starter package (be it individual tutoring or group tutoring) you and your tutor will have a discussion meeting about your improvement. If you both decide that the other service does meet your needs better, you can switch.
You can check our tutors online in the “About us” section. You can indicate a preference for a tutor based on your impression, otherwise we will allocate you one of our tutors.
Our tutors were active in the commercial field either as lecturers themselves or are in the examination board and are accordingly very familiar with the learning objectives and the latest learning plans in their subject area. We guarantee with our service that all of our tutors are qualified to provide tutoring.
Our tutors are very professional and constructive feedback is always much appreciated. However, if you are not satisfied with your tutor you can insist to be allocated to another without any extra charges.
We do promise with our service that your grades will improve. However, if that should not be the case, you will receive individual extra support adjusted to your needs. In case you are in such a situation please contact us directly via our contact form or an e-mail to info@catts.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Since you paid for all hours in advance, you are entitled to those hours. If you and your tutor decide that you do not need any tutoring lessons at the moment, you will receive a voucher for the rest of your lessons. The voucher is valid until the end of the apprenticeship.
For companies
In the commercial apprenticeship the modules W&G and financial accounting are statistically the two modules that are for apprentices most difficult. That is the reason why we want to give extra support in these two modules and do offer intensive booster courses in these two modules. To support apprentices in the other commercial modules, we do offer individual- and group tutoring as well as summaries with additional exercises.
With an intensive course, apprentices acquire well-founded and sustainable knowledge in a short time. We repeat specific topics and deepen important learning material together. The completion of an intensive course will therefore contribute significantly to the success of the final exam.
There are indeed limited seats in our booster courses. Each class can be attended by maximal 8 apprentices. With the limited seats we want to ensure that every participant gets the help they need and can be fully supported.
The reason behind the fact that only practice educators can book an intensive course is that we want to offer for practice educators the possibility to support their apprentices in the final exam phase. In addition, the fee for an intensive course is relatively high, so we intend that the apprenticeship company come up with the costs – or at least a part of it.
